The Association of Commemorative Services fPatriot Kim Koo and The Kim Koo Museum & Libraryganized the "Documentary Painting- Draw History", a recording exhibition of paintings depicting historical events and figures with brush strokes on the occasion of the 72nd anniversary of Korea's Independence Day.

  This special exhibition includes the artist Park Hak-seong who has already been familiar with Paikbum Kim Koo as his works「The portrait of Kim Koo」displayed on the 1st floof the Kim Koo Museum &Library and「The conference between Kim Koo and Chiang Jie Shi」 as well as other ten talented artists. The faded photographs of the independence movement were newly d by each artist's individuality and artistic soul.

  Photography is a time art that captures eternity from the moment. Through the works that reproduced the photographs of the historic moment on the canvas, you could feel the breath and the presence of the figures who lived through the period.
